DANSATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling in classes at Dansation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Class Cancellations & Minimum Numbers
Dansation reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum participant numbers are not achieved. In this instance, any payments made for the cancelled class will be refunded.
2. Fees & Payments
All bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will always be given priority.Refunds are not issued for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
3. Subscription Cancellations
A minimum of one month’s notice is required to cancel any subscription. Notice must be provided in advance; failure to do so may result in charges for the following month.
4. Weather-Related Disruption
If sessions are cancelled due to typical bad weather conditions, Dansation will either offer a make-up class or issue a refund at its discretion.
5. Behaviour & Conduct
Dansation reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme without refund if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour that affects staff or other dancers.
6. Health & Medical Information
All medical conditions must be declared at the time of registration. Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping Dansation informed of any changes by messaging Dansation directly.
Children must not attend class if they have experienced any illness within 48 hours prior to the session.
7. Photography & Marketing
Parents/guardians must declare if they do not consent to their child being photographed or filmed for marketing or promotional purposes. Any changes to consent must be communicated using the provided email address or phone number.
8. Liability
Dansation accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during classes, except where caused by proven negligence.
